The Cummins "crate" package includes the R2.8L engine (161HP) paired with the R380 5 Speed standard transmission and bolts right to the new Land Rover transfer case. We prepare and modify the defender chassis and engine bay to receive this power plant.
This crate combo comes ready to assemble. Built with the very best components and will deliver the distinct Land Rover sound but will be much quieter than the traditional diesel clatter.
New motor and transmission mounts are welded into preset positions.
